For the BBQ Mains

  • 6 pork or beef sausages
  • 4 chicken thighs, marinated in BBQ sauce
  • 4 burger buns & toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, sauces)

For the Grilled Corn

  • 4 corn on the cob, husks removed
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ยฝ tsp chili powder (optional)
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • Fresh coriander or parsley, chopped

Optional Sides

  • Coleslaw
  • Potato salad
  • Green salad
