- 500 g chicken thigh fillets, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
To Serve
- 300 g egg noodles
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds
