Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 500 g chicken thigh fillets, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Sauce

  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

To Serve

  • 300 g egg noodles
  • Spring onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds

  • Vegetable spring rolls
