For the Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Gnocchi
- 500 g fresh gnocchi
- 200 ml double cream
- 3 tbsp green pesto
- 40 g grated Parmesan

Cook the Chicken

Season chicken and pan-fry in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Boil the Gnocchi
