For the Beef
- 500 g beef strips (sirloin or flank)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Marinade
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
To Serve
- Steamed jasmine rice
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds
