- 600ml milk (whole milk works best)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)
- 200g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated

- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for topping)

- 25g butter, melted

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.

Make the Cheese Sauce
