Juicy spiced chicken coated in a sweet mango sauce, wrapped in soft tortillas and served with crispy fries. A fun, flavour-packed meal that balances sweet, savoury, and spicy.



 

Ingredients

For the Mango Chicken

  • 600g chicken breast or thighs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 200g mango chutney or mango sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

For the Wraps

  • 8 tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced red onion
  • Cucumber slices

For the Fries

  • 800g potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste

To Serve

  • Yogurt or mayo-based sauce (optional)

Cook the Fries

    Toss the fries with vegetable oil and salt.

    Roast for 30โ€“35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
