Ingredients
For the Mango Chicken
- 600g chicken breast or thighs, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 200g mango chutney or mango sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
For the Wraps
- 8 tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce
- Sliced red onion
- Cucumber slices
For the Fries
- 800g potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
To Serve
- Yogurt or mayo-based sauce (optional)
