Chicken Pasta Bake with Garlic Bread

Ingredients
For the Chicken Pasta Bake
- 500g chicken breast or thighs, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 300g dried pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 150ml double cream
- 150g grated mozzarella or cheddar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Bread
- 1 baguette
- 75g butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Cook the Pasta

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.

Drain and set aside.
