A creamy, cheesy chicken pasta bake topped with bubbling golden cheese, served with crispy garlic bread. Comfort food at its finest and perfect for a hearty family dinner.



 

Ingredients

For the Chicken Pasta Bake

  • 500g chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 300g dried pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 400g chopped tomatoes
  • 150ml double cream
  • 150g grated mozzarella or cheddar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Garlic Bread

  • 1 baguette
  • 75g butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Cooking Instructions

Cook the Pasta

    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.

  2. Step 3

    Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken

    Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add the chicken and cook until lightly golden.

  3. Step 6

    Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce
