For the Fajita-Style Pasta
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 300g dried pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 200ml single cream or crรจme fraรฎche
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Side Salad
- Mixed salad leaves
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cook the Pasta

Cook the pasta in well-salted boiling water according to packet instructions.

Drain, reserving a little pasta water.
