For the Chicken Skewers
- 600g chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
To Serve (Optional)
- Flatbreads or pita
- Tzatziki or garlic yoghurt
- Fresh salad or grilled vegetables

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
