Ingredients
For the Pรฃo de Queijo
- 250g tapioca flour
- 125ml whole milk
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 120g grated mozzarella or Minas cheese
For the Meal Platter
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 small bowl cherry tomatoes
- 100g cured meats (chorizo, salami, or prosciutto)
- 100g cheese cubes or slices
- Fresh herbs or salad leaves (optional)

Prepare the Dough

Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (fan 180ยฐC).

Bring the milk, oil, and salt to a gentle boil.
