Ingredients

For the Pรฃo de Queijo

  • 250g tapioca flour
  • 125ml whole milk
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 120g grated mozzarella or Minas cheese

For the Meal Platter

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small bowl cherry tomatoes
  • 100g cured meats (chorizo, salami, or prosciutto)
  • 100g cheese cubes or slices
  • Fresh herbs or salad leaves (optional)

Prepare the Dough

    Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (fan 180ยฐC).

    Bring the milk, oil, and salt to a gentle boil.

    Pour over the tapioca flour in a bowl and mix until it forms a sticky dough.
