Ingredients

For the Cajun Chicken Burgers

  • 600g chicken breast, butterflied or sliced into fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

To Assemble

  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion slices
  • Cheese slices (optional)

Garlic Mayo (Optional)

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

For the Chips

  • 800g potatoes, cut into chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste

    Toss the chips with vegetable oil and salt.
