For the Cajun Chicken Burgers
- 600g chicken breast, butterflied or sliced into fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
To Assemble
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Cheese slices (optional)
Garlic Mayo (Optional)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Squeeze of lemon juice
For the Chips
- 800g potatoes, cut into chips
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
