Chinese-Style Orange Chicken with Garlic Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients
For the Orange Chicken
- 600g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Orange Sauce
- Zest and juice of 2 oranges
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
For the Garlic Stir-Fried Noodles
- 300g egg noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
To Finish
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Prepare the Chicken

Toss the chicken pieces in the cornflour until evenly coated.
Fry the Chicken
