- 4 pork sausages
- 4 eggs
- 400g frozen chips (oven or air fryer)
- 1 tin (400g) baked beans
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional Extras
- Bread & butter (for dipping)
- Grated cheddar (to sprinkle on beans)
- Grilled tomato or mushrooms

Cook the Chips

Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (200ยฐC fan) or heat air fryer.

Cook chips for 20โ25 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cook the Sausages

Place sausages on a tray in the oven for 20โ25 minutes, turning once.

Or pan-fry over medium heat for 12โ15 minutes, turning regularly.
Warm the Beans

Pour beans into a saucepan.

Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fry the Eggs

Heat oil or butter in a frying pan.
