Full English Breakfast Fried Rice
A playful fusion dish combining all the flavours of a full English breakfast with savoury fried rice. Crispy bacon, sausages, eggs, and beans come together in one indulgent, comforting pan.

- 200g cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 4 pork sausages, sliced
- 4 rashers bacon, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 200g baked beans
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
To Finish
- Spring onions, sliced
- Ketchup or brown sauce (optional)

Cook the Sausages & Bacon

Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.

Cook the sausages until browned and cooked through.

Add the bacon and cook until crispy.

Remove and set aside.
Build the Base
