Ingredients
For the Burgers
- 500g pork mince (or pork & beef mix)
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 4 brioche burger buns, toasted
For the Pigs in Blankets
- 8 chipolata sausages
- 8 rashers streaky bacon
Toppings
- 4 slices cheddar or brie
- Cranberry sauce (or onion chutney)
- Rocket or lettuce leaves
For the Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
- 800g sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornflour (for crispiness)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ยฝ tsp garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper

Make the Fries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (200ยฐC fan).

Toss sweet potato fries in cornflour, then coat with oil, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.
