Chicken Curry with Garlic Naan
A comforting homemade chicken curry simmered in a rich, spiced sauce, served with warm garlic naan. A satisfying classic perfect for an easy curry night.
Ingredients
For the Chicken Curry
- 600g chicken thighs or breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp curry powder or curry paste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 200ml coconut milk or double cream
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Naan
- 4 naan breads
- 50g butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh coriander, chopped

Build the Curry Base

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until soft and golden.

Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
Add the Spices

Cook the Chicken
