Herby Burgers & Chips
Juicy burgers seasoned with fresh herbs, served with crispy golden chips for a flavorful twist on a classic.
Ingredients
For the Burgers
- 500g beef mince (or lamb mince for a richer flavour)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns, toasted
Toppings
- 4 slices halloumi or cheddar (optional)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion rings
- Yogurt-mint sauce or mayo
For the Chips
- 800g potatoes, cut into chips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper

Prepare the Chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (200ยฐC fan).

Toss potato chips with olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a tray and bake 25โ30 minutes until golden and crisp.

In a bowl, combine beef mince with parsley, coriander, mint, garlic, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Burgers
