Ingredients

For the Crispy Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 60g plain flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 80g breadcrumbs or panko
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

For the Wraps

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 8 rashers streaky bacon
  • 1 cos or iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Optional Sauces

  • Mayonnaise
  • BBQ sauce
  • Sweet chilli sauce
