Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 150 g sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 200 ml double cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 tsp paprika
- 100 ml chicken stock
To Serve (Optional Pairings)
- Tagliatelle, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread

Prepare the Chicken
