Ingredients
For the Honey Garlic Chicken
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sesame Rice
- 250 g basmati or jasmine rice
- 500 ml water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of salt
To Garnish
- Spring onions, sliced
- Extra sesame seeds

Prepare the Rice
Cook the Rice

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Add rice, water, and salt to a saucepan.

Bring to the boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 10โ12 minutes until tender.
