For the Pizza Base

  • 2 pizza bases (shop-bought or homemade)

For the Topping

  • 200g passata or crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced or torn
  • Fresh basil leaves

Prepare the Oven

Make the Sauce
