- 300g raw king prawns, peeled & deveined
- 300g pasta (penne or linguine work best)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 25g butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 200ml double cream
- 50g grated parmesan
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Juice of ยฝ lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Optional Extras
- ยฝ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 small red pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp tomato purรฉe

Cook the Pasta

Boil pasta in well-salted water until al dente

Reserve a mug of pasta water, then drain
Season & Sear the Shrimp

Toss prawns with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat

Cook prawns 1โ2 minutes per side until pink, then remove
Build the Sauce
