Lamb Koftas with Cucumber Yogurt Dip & Flatbreads
Juicy spiced lamb koftas served with a cool cucumber yogurt dip and warm flatbreads. A Middle Easternโinspired favourite thatโs packed with flavour and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
For the Lamb Koftas
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- 1 handful fresh parsley or mint, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Cucumber Yogurt Dip
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt, to taste
To Serve
- Flatbreads or pittas
- Olive oil
- Extra herbs or salad (optional)

Cooking Instructions
Make the Kofta Mixture

Combine the lamb mince, grated onion, garlic, spices, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Shape the Koftas

Divide the mixture into even portions and shape into sausage-like koftas around skewers or by hand.
Cook the Koftas
