Main Ingredients
- 6 pork sausages
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 300g penne pasta
- 200ml double cream
- 50g grated parmesan
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional Extras
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Cooking Instructions
Cook the Sausages

Remove the skins from the sausages and break the meat into chunks.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Cook the sausage meat until browned and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.
Build the Sauce

In the same pan, add the onion and cook until soft.

Stir in the garlic (and chilli flakes if using) and cook briefly.
Add the Cream

Cook the Pasta

Cook the penne in salted boiling water according to packet instructions.

Combine & Serve
