- 400g beef steak (sirloin or rump), thinly sliced
- 300g cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100g frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
To Finish
- Spring onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds (optional)

Cook the Beef

Heat 1 tbsp of the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.

Add the beef and stir-fry for 2โ3 minutes until just cooked.

Remove and set aside.
Build the Base

Add the remaining oil to the pan.

Add the onion and cook until softened.

Stir in the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
